Job Description:

As an inspection engineer at Opus Bilprovning, you will have a varied job with a lot of customer contact and will develop a large network. You will have significant influence over the work at your station and district.

Your tasks will include:

• Registration inspections to ensure that vehicles meet regulatory requirements
• You will have a fixed station location, but the work is mobile and covers the entire region
• Many contacts with companies, such as manufacturers, body builders, and importers
• Scheduled inspections at your home station and other stations
• You will have technical aids such as data equipment, measuring instruments, and tools at your disposal

Your tasks also include continuously conducting control inspections.

Location: Gothenburg

Your Profile

As an inspection engineer, you have good technical knowledge. A suitable background is technical education at the high school or university level. For the position, you need to be meticulous and take personal responsibility. We value your commitment, your ability to collaborate with both customers and colleagues, as well as your service mindset. We expect you to have a solid interest in vehicles, the environment, and traffic safety, as well as a practical approach. You are accustomed to working with computers and are proficient in the Office suite.

It is important to us that you are thorough, responsible, solution-oriented, and have no problem taking your own initiatives and leading your work in agreement with the various stations in the region.

Requirements:

• Certificate for vehicle inspection (K1)
• B driver's license (not limited to automatic)
• Approved high school grades in: Swedish, Mathematics, Physics, and English

Meritorious:

• Multiple certificates for vehicle inspections
• A, C, CE, and D driver's licenses
• Language skills beyond Swedish and English
